Dwellview began as a pet project at MIC, born from a simple observation: searching for a property is often a headache. We envisioned a seamless, all-in-one platform where users could explore homes to buy or rent, browse hotels, and truly see what they’re paying for all without leaving their couch.
Our solution blends thoughtful branding with effortless digital experience. For the visual identity, we crafted a logo that tells a story. The logo mark features a capital “D” rotated upward to form an archway a portal into every property. Inside, the letters “D” and “V” are arranged to shape a house, reinforcing the brand’s focus. In the wordmark, playful typographic details bring the concept home: the double “L” becomes a rooftop with a chimney, while the letter “i” stands as a person, gazing inward a small figure previewing their future space.
The website is built for the way people live today designed responsively to feel effortless on any device, especially on phones. The interface is streamlined, intuitive, and fast, stripping away unnecessary steps so users can move from browsing to virtual tour in seconds. It’s more than a tool; it’s an open door. Dwellview isn’t just another real estate platform. It’s where discovery meets convenience, and every click feels like a step inside.
