
We crafted a distinctive brand identity for Trudy Homes to announce their arrival in the real estate sphere. At its heart is an elegant, architectural logo that works on multiple levels.
The mark is built from two interlocking capital 'T's one upright, one inverted. This clever arrangement does more than meet the eye:
- It creates a dynamic negative space at its center, representing the essential room to build, create, and imagine the very promise of a new home.
- Within that space, the subtle form of the letter 'H' emerges, completing the initials within a single, cohesive shape.
- Simultaneously, the bottom line of the letters “T” and “r” in the wordmark are made into an ascending peak of a stylized roofline, an immediate and universal symbol of home, shelter, and aspiration.
