
MIC was more than a personal branding exercise, it was a canvas to demonstrate our core design philosophy in action. This project offered the unique opportunity to show potential clients exactly how we think, transforming abstract ideas into striking, purposeful visual identities. The foundation is the name itself: MIC, drawn from the founder’s name, Michael, and operating as the active acronym Make It Cool. This isn’t just a tagline; it’s our definitive pledge to craft distinctive, impactful designs that ensure brands don’t just exist; they stand out. This commitment is expressed through a deliberate two-part logo system:
- The Wordmark: Utilizes a clean, modern typeface. Its simplicity is strategic, embodying the principles we live by: Modernity, Innovation, Clarity, Minimalism, Efficiency, and Functionality.
- The Logomark: Here, the letters M, I, and C are architecturally arranged to form a singular emblem: the profile of a crowned head. This symbol serves as our daily reminder and declaration; a commitment to lead, innovate, and excel in the design world.
Together, this identity is our silent ambassador. It doesn’t just say what we do; it visually communicates how we think and the standard to which we hold every project: to Make It Cool, coherent, and commanding.
